In 2011, Karismas Kloset was born out of a notebook. By selling dance shoes or as I like to call them "stripperkicks" to peers in the gentlemen's club. Not only could you buy dance shoes from me, but you could also get them customized with 100% Swarovski crystals by yours truly. As sales increased, so did my business!
In 2012, Karismaskloset.bigcartel.com officially launched. Offering more than just dance shoes, "regular" shoes and heels also were available. After transferring inventory and orders back & forth in my trunk, I knew it was time to find a space.
2013, I found suite 449 just outside of the westside of Detroit. June of 2014, I opened my first brick and mortar location and begin offering more than just "stripperkicks"; "regular" heels, shoes and clothing were also included.
In 2016, I opened a second location in Southfield, MI. In each location, there was a salon in the back. A full-service salon to get hair, nails, and make-up plus an outfit to match.
2020, The pandemic happened all over the world, and I begin offering new services and changing the business model. Same-day pick-up, delivery, and curbside options to accommodate.
